ALMSIVI CHIM (WFGY, WET, etc): An Ethical Operating System for Human–AI Collaboration

I’ve been building ALMSIVI CHIM and other tools, as a practical, testable approach to aligning powerful systems that treats safety as a runtime capability, not a PDF. It blends three simple commitments—Logic (verification), Compassion (harm awareness), and Paradox (the ability to pause/decline when goals conflict)—into tools you can actually ship: pre-flight risk checks, explainable refusals, accountable overrides, and user-readable incident logs. The aim isn’t to slow teams down; it’s to stop burning trust and engineering hours on rollbacks by making “pause-before-impact” a first-class feature of agents, evaluators, and apps. The project spans specs , prompts and evals, UX patterns for transparent overrides, and a lightweight simple audit trail that’s useful to developers and end users. I’m sharing this to get eyes from people who ship with OpenAI models: what’s missing for this to plug cleanly into pipelines (agents, tools, batch inference), and where would it fail in the wild? If we can make safe-by-default feel like a developer superpower—not a compliance chore—we’ll move faster and ship with fewer “oops” moments. We currently aren’t done either, and my small team would welcome input or new assistance.
