If the service is forcibly set to PAUSED (and returns to PAUSED no matter what you do), there is a possibility that Hugging Face has intentionally imposed an automatic ban.

If that is not the case, it could simply be due to a change in the runtime or library specifications, causing the service to stop working upon restart and return a 503 error.
Your assessment will depend on whether there are error messages or error logs (primarily container logs)…
